ELIGIBILITY

A pass in +2 with minimum of 50 % Marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry With Biology /Mathematics / Computer science. A pass in Diploma in Pharmacy is eligible for direct entry into II year of B. Pharmacy course

SCOPE

  • Can work in a Hospital as a Pharmacist (Govt / Private)

  • Can work as an Analyst in Drug Testing Laboratories ( Govt / Private)

  • Can become an Entrepreneur (Pharma manufacturing unit)

D. Pharm DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY (DURATION: 2 Years)

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates passed in +2 with Physics, Chemistry with Biology /Mathematics / Computer science

  • Can work in a Hospital as a Pharmacist (Govt / Private)

  • Can work as a Community Pharmacist (Retail Pharmacy)

  • Can become an Entrepreneur (Retail/ wholesale Pharmacy)

  • Marketing ( Medical representative )

M.Pharm MASTERS IN PHARMACY – PHARMACEUTICS (DURATION – 2 Years)

ELIGIBILITY

A Pass in the following examinations

a)  B. Pharm Degree examination of an Indian university established by law in India from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less than 70 % of the maximum marks (aggregate of 4 years of B.Pharm.)

b) Every student, selected for admission to post graduate pharmacy program in any PCI approved institution should have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his/her admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled.

Note: It is mandatory to submit a migration certificate obtained from the respective university where the candidate had passed his/her qualifying degree (B. Pharm)

Pharm.D DOCTOR OF PHARMACY (DURATION – 6 Years)

ELIGIBILITY

A Pass in the following examinations

  • 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the two subjects: Mathematics or Biology with an aggregate of 70% marks.

  • A pass in the D. Pharm course with an aggregate of 70% marks from an institutionapproved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

  • Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

  • Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
